Saturday by the Bay

In the silent, stone-gray sky, not even the birds are up yet. Boats wait. And the morning wind—wet and cold—dips its fingers into the harbor. In SATURDAY BY THE BAY, four girls wake before dawn, giddy to spend the day on their Dads’ fishing boat. Whether it’s the rushing wind, the flash of silvery scales, or the laughing gulls’ squawks, the girls catch much more than just a fish.
